The cruise departs the Manapouri Visitor Centre&nbsp;at 10am.&nbsp; It is&nbsp;located at 64 Waiau Street, Manapouri. Manapouri is a 2.5 &ndash; 3 hour drive from Queenstown and 30 minute drive from Te Anau.

From Manapouri it is approximately&nbsp;a 7 hour adventure&nbsp;

What a great day! The sound -actually a fjord - is magnificent and the entire boat to bus to boat trip was great. Our driver was informative and talked just the right amount. No hesitation in recommending this trip.
