The start time on your confirmation is the pick-up from the hotel in Ayers Rock Resort not flight time. Please note pick up locations are Desert Gardens, Sails in the Desert, Outback Hotel &amp; Lodge and the Ayers Rock Campground. If you are staying at another location the closest pick-up point will be allocated. You may also meet us at the General Aviation Lounge at Ayers Rock Airport if you have your own transportation.&nbsp;

Please be waiting at the pick-up point 5 minutes before your pick-up time.

Depending on weights of the passengers, we can fit a maximum of 7 people in the high wing plane all with window seats.

Seats will be allocated by your pilot to suit balance, loading and fuel in the aircraft.&nbsp;

There is no minimum age for our planes, infants under 3 years old fly for free sitting on an adult lap with infant restraint and earmuffs. 3+ years old need to be on their own seat but are allowed on flights.

	<li>Please ensure you have advised us of your correct weight, we take safety very seriously and will cancel the flight if the weight of your group places any risk to flight safety</li>
	<li>Safety is our utmost priority at Ayers Rock Scenic Flights, for this reason, we reserve the right to cancel without refund any passengers more than 10% of their advised weights and which place the available aircraft beyond its maximum weight limits.
