If you occasionally play sport, walk, work out or are somewhat active you will be fine to kayak. The paddling is not too strenuous.

The Moonlight Kayak Tour&#39;s duration is approx. 3 hours.

Absolutely. There will be plenty of time for snaps along the way. Disposable waterproof cameras are ideal. You can always ask your guide to hang on to your camera until you need it.

Melbourne&rsquo;s Yarra River is an excellent location for new paddlers to experience evening kayaking for the first time, or for experienced kayakers to enjoy a stunning paddle through Melbourne&rsquo;s scenic waterways. No kayaking experience is needed to enjoy the tour, as our patient guides will be with you every step of the way.&nbsp;

Meet just before sunset in Victoria Harbour, part of the modern Docklands precinct in the west end of the city. After a short safety briefing and paddling technique session on dry land, set off for an exploration of the sights in Victoria Harbour before tying up to a dock in a beautiful marina. The guests stay seated in the boats and are served fish &amp; chips for a very special on-the-water dining experience.

After a meal, continue upstream, under the Bolte Bridge, embracing the city skyline as the day transitions into night, kayaking through to Melbourne&rsquo;s lively downtown, past Melbourne&rsquo;s Tallship Polly woodside, Crown Casino and alongside stylish Southbank with stunning riverside and floating bars and restaurants. Continue past Flinders Street Railway Station and beneath historic Princes Bridge before arriving at the approach to Melbourne&rsquo;s sporting precinct.

Your Melbourne night tour ends at the boat landing area at the Rowing Sheds, right in the heart of Melbourne, and directly across the river from Federation Square. What an incredible way to experience Melbourne!

Everything is organized properly. Dinner was tasty (Furthermore they have a lot of options thus while booking you can choose the meal from the menu). 5/5

Wonderful Tour

Tour was great. We paddled with the sunset behind us most of the time. It’s definitely a team building exercise but it’s fun!

Overall very good experience. Definitely recommend to do this tour if you like to explore Melbourne and the Yarra river by night!
1 star less, as the beginning of the tour was a bit slow (took about 45-60min to get in the water) and also the fish and chips were not tasty at all. Still recommend it though.
