No. The tours are not affected by weather and will run rain, hail or shine.

The Kitchen and Deli is at ground level with easy access for disabled customers. Our tours unfortunately do not cater to wheelchairs.

No, there is not a lot of walking, just enough to keep it fun. You should be mobile enough to get in and out of a van, and we park close to each winery so there are no big hikes to the front door. There are other optional walks around the vineyard and such for the more mobile, we will cater to your needs and abilities.

All wine/beer tasting during the experiences and wineries are included. Tour lunches include glasses of wine as outlined in the itinerary. Chilled water will be available in the van and during lunch. Additional glasses of wine or any purchases from the wineries direct are not included.

Yes, there is wine included with your lunch and you can purchase extra wine by the glass or bottle if you wish!

Yes, when you purchase your wine the winery will label it with your name and we will store it safely in the bus for you.
How will I get my wine home?

We will store your wine for you safely on the bus and then return it to you when we drop you off at your accommodation. Most wineries will also ship your wine for you direct from their cellar door if you need to.

It varies. The tours usually have around eight guests on board with a maximum of up to 12 guests.

Dress comfortably for the season you are visiting. There is no dress code but please respect the establishments you are visiting and dress appropriately as you would in any other licensed club or venue… and leave the ACDC sleeveless T at home!

There is no set schedule of wineries. Our tour guides will take advantage of the best winery experiences available on that day, including special events, to make sure you get the most value from your itinerary, have an enjoyable day and maximise your taste time of the Hunter Valley.

Yes, we do our best to try and accommodate your preference but it may not always be possible. If your group occupies the whole vehicle, we are happy to take you to the wineries of your choice, as long as those wineries permit us to visit that day. If you are sharing the vehicle with others, your tour guide will take responsibility for planning the best tour day possible for the entire group. We are careful to avoid taking people to places they may have already visited.

Because we know the area so well and try to deliver the best experiences based on:

There is no set time. Some winery experiences take longer than others. The average is about 45min – 1hour at each winery.
