A Customer may only cancel a confirmed booking by providing notice in writing to The Operaro in advance of the Hire Period.

	Where cancellation notice is provided more than 72 hours prior to the Hire Period, The Operator will refund all monies prepaid by the Customer, less any transaction processing fees imposed on The Operator by its payment processing platform

	Where cancellation notice is provided between 72 &ndash; 24 hours prior to the Hire Period, the Customer will be provided with a credit of their Hire Charges to use towards future bookings
	</li>
	<li>
	In the event that the Customer fails to provide at least 24 hours&#39; notice, the full amount of the Hire Charges is payable by the Customer to The Operator, with the exception of a cancellation enforced by The Operator (in which case a credit for the Hire Charges will be provided) or made by the Customer due to inclement weather, in which case a rebooking fee of up to 50% of the value of the Hire Charges may be deducted from any credit

There is parking available inside the Mercedes Lifestyle Precinct (undercover), also plenty of street parking surrounding the complex.

It&#39;s best to plan ahead and BYO; however, you can pre-order items from the award-winning MICA Patisserie. Drinks are also available at the kiosk.

The boats are easy to sail. They are very stable and have&nbsp;a top speed of less than 8km/hm, which is a fast walk.&nbsp;That&#39;s why anyone can steer the boat, and it&#39;s why you&nbsp;don&#39;t need a boat licence. All boats are equipped with&nbsp;electric motors and batteries, which means no smell&nbsp;or pollution.

Each boat has a GPS tracker and remote cut-off switch, which can be activated by GoBoat staff at any time they believe there is a risk to safety or security. Steer the boat&nbsp;by holding the tiller, which is attached to the motor.&nbsp;
