The Operator is able to fly approximately 70% of the days in the summer and winter, and 55% of the days in the spring and fall.

Crossing the mountains at altitude from the Mount Aspiring National Park into the Fiordland National Park, you&#39;ll soar above snow-capped mountains, glaciers and glacial rivers before descending into Milford Sound.&nbsp;Here, you&#39;ll have close-up views of Mitre Peak, glaciers and the Stirling and Lady Bowen Falls.

Once you&#39;ve taken in the panoramic views of the Sound, you&#39;ll fly back to Queenstown via one of New Zealand&#39;s tallest waterfalls &ndash;&nbsp;the Sutherland Falls &ndash; and over more mountains to look down on the valleys and the road that makes its way from Te Anau via the Homer Tunnel to Milford Sound.

Given alpine flying conditions, True South Flights reserves the right to alter the flight paths, durations, or cancel flights due to weather and safety considerations. If we cannot fly due to adverse weather conditions, we will attempt to reschedule, depending on passenger schedules and flight availability. If we cannot reschedule, passengers will receive a 100% refund. 
 
If passengers choose to cancel a flight, fail to check-in on time, or notify us of changes less than 24 hours prior to their departure, they will incur a 100% cancellation charge. Changes or cancellations made with more than 24 hours warning incur no penalties. 
 
We are required to ensure that the aircraft is operated within its maximum weight limitations and the aircraft&rsquo;s centre of gravity is within limits. We therefore request passenger weights at the time of booking to assist us with operational planning and managing seat availability and to provide a great customer experience.
