Cancellations on the day of the lesson will incur a 100% cancellation fee 
50% of deposit is refunded if you cancel 14 days prior to lesson date.

If the operator cancel the lesson due to dangerous surf conditions a full refund will be given. 
Surf lessons will not be cancelled when it rains, they run surf lessons in all weather conditions providing it is safe to do so, therefore no refunds or credits are given.

If the operator change the time and you are unable to come to the new lesson time, then they will provide a&nbsp;gift voucher credit towards another lesson at a later date. If that is unsatisfactory they may issue a refund at their discretion.

No worries!&nbsp; These lessons are designed for absolute beginners

Please arrive at least 15&nbsp;mins prior to your lesson starting to allow time to organise your surf equipment

All you need to bring is - swimmers, towel, water &amp; most importantly a smile!&nbsp;

A board, wetsuit, rashie and sunscreen is all provided.

You are most welcome to bring your own wetsuit if you have one and feel more comfortable with wearing your own, however it is not required!&nbsp;

Get ready to ride the waves and have a blast because our surf lessons are all about fun, structure and getting you to surf in a safe environment.

&nbsp;

No worries if you&#39;ve never surfed before or just had a taste of it &ndash; the group lessons are perfect for beginners. But , if you&#39;re a pro already, there are private lessons just for you to level up your game.

&nbsp;

Beginner group lessons are conducted in waist deep water, so you will learn to catch white water waves first, then steadily progressing to a 3 step stand up technique.

&nbsp;

Your experienced instructor will also teach you how to understand and read the ocean - a major factor in building up self-confidence in the surf

Rain or shine, the surf never stops &ndash; we&#39;re out there every day! We&#39;ll start in the waist-deep water, catching those gnarly white water waves, and then we&#39;ll show you the simple stand-up technique. And guess what? Our success rate rocks, with most students standing up after just one lesson!

If you have booked a surf lesson and / or package, the lesson(s) are not transferable to anyone else.

If you are booking your own private group lesson we require a 25% non-refundable deposit that is due at the time of booking. The remainder of the payment is required to be paid 7 days prior to the booking. There will be no refunds for cancellation within 7 days. If we have to cancel the lesson we will issue you a total refund.

All participants must fill in and sign our Waiver Form. Children under the age of 18 years must have a parent or guardian sign the Waiver Form.&nbsp;

If there is&nbsp;LESS&nbsp;than 4 people in the group lesson it will not run for the full 1.5&nbsp;hours. The time duration will be reduced depending on the size of the group.&nbsp;
