Check-in at the ticket counter at least 30 minutes prior to the cruise departure time. If the ticket office is closed, then you can check in with the boat crew.

All of the vessels have bathrooms onboard; however, they may not be accessible for those with limited mobility as they may have a small and narrow entry and are located downstairs.

The vessels are among the largest cruising the Swan River and are very stable. The skippers are professionally and expertly trained to only take vessels out when it is safe to do so, and the ultimate decision rests with them. If they decide it is safe to run, then the standard Cancellation and Refund Policy applies.
Should the weather be extreme, and the cruise is unable to run safely, The Operator will advise passengers with as much notice as possible and offer to transfer to a different date or refund as applicable. To avoid any inconvenience to your plans, please ensure that you provide The Operator with your mobile contact at the time of booking so that they can contact you at short notice.
Due to the possibility of high-water levels in the Swan River during periods of rainfall or high tide, a coach transfer may be necessary for all or part of your journey to/from the Swan River. A coach substitution may be necessary without advance notice due to circumstances out of our control.
