This is the ultimate helicopter adventure: a two-hour flight from the Hunter Valley to Sydney and back again.&nbsp;

Taking off from Pokolbin, head south over the expansive national parks of&nbsp;Yengo, Dharug and Ku-Ring-Gai Chase, with&nbsp;views of the beautiful sandstone cliffs of the Hawkesbury River.&nbsp;

As the scenery gets more urban, head towards the skyscrapers of Parramatta before following the river down to one of the most iconic views in the world &ndash; Sydney Harbour Bridge, straight in front with the Opera House off to the right. Keep low and wave at the people climbing the bridge.&nbsp;
